The Honorable Michael Arcuri                          10/4/2007

US House of Representatives, 24th Dist. NY

327 Cannon Office Bdlg.

Washington DC 20515

Dear Congressman Arcuri,

There is a bill in the US Congress that I would like to bring your attention to, it is HR-1076 sponsored by Congressman Burgess. New Yorkers like people in every state work hard to get and maintain their employer provided health insurance. This bill is meant to fix the first HIPAA bill, as it was never the intent of the US congress to allow motorcyclists and other legal activities to be left out of insurance coverage. I am asking you to please co-sponsor HR-1076.

Thanks for your consideration.

Sincerely,

END

(Note: use the address above and add ATTN: SAM MARCHIO at the bottom of the envelope, and make sure you self address the envelope and letter, thanks,

Brent)
