   Everything is going pretty good here at Cortland/Chenango. Waiting for winter to split and get back on the road again. No one from our chapter was able to make the seminar in Owego, and from what feedback I’ve gotten from other chapters, I guess we missed a good one. Our officer structure has pretty much stayed the same as last year, and we hope to increase our membership in the near future. We are planning a Cabin Fever party for March (haven’t nailed a date down yet) and hope to get a big turnout. We’re also planning our Spring Run for May.    Our Chapter in the recent past has been pretty dominant in Cortland County as far as active membership. I’m happy to report that Chenango County has shown a number of members that are willing to strive to increase the activity in that area. I am grateful for the effort given by Ty Towers, and Chris and Tony Barnhart on this issue. We will keep up our communications and get things rolling this spring. Anyone who hasn’t ridden in Cortland/Chenango counties, your missing out! Awesome area.

   We have also been talking with Onondaga Chapter officers and are looking forward to becoming more involved with each others activities this coming season. The more united our chapters become, the better off we all will be as a SMRO.
